It is possible that your dimmable lighting shows slight flickering or switches on and off unexpectedly when used in combination with our touch dimmers. This problem can easily be solved by installing an LED adapter. You place this adapter behind the dimmer or at the connection of the lamp.
Use an LED adapter if you experience one or more of the following situations with your touch dimmer:
- The light flickers slightly
- The lamp switches on or off automatically
- The lamp continues to burn softly when it should be turned off
You only need one LED adapter per dimmer, regardless of the number of lamps connected.
